Case#1: Making your bed in the morning.

I have learned from a navy seal that you should make your bed the first thing after getting up in the morning. It took me some time to get used to developing this habit. At times, I felt lazy, but I pushed myself to do it, regardless of how I felt. It gives me the feeling of getting my first task of the day accomplished. It creates a momentum to get other tasks done. This provides a great lesson of organization and discipline. I have taught these lessons to the youth in my community and I have been doing this consistently for over six months now.
